At HifiHut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HifiHut account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
